Short- Life Heatpack

Wrap and ice pack are great, but heat pack had a very short life of about 3 years. Inner contents hardened. Was it a one time use—should not be. Very disappointing for the price of the kit with this very limited lifespan.

Heat pack failed, leaked gel. Was replaced NC, failed second time, dried up. Cold pack works fine multiple uses.
