I'm Able To Attend Workout

I'm able to attend workout classes and design is working on my knees.

There Was A Slight Issue

There was a slight issue with them staying on but I don't think too much glue is good for my skin.

It Was Always Excellent-but It

It was always excellent-but it seems the company has gone with a cheaper adhesive. They used to stay put for 3-5 days including showering. I was lucky to get 12-24 hours. Disappointed…

Great Knee Support

I have knee pain and need some support that is not too bulky and can use under my pants. This is a great product and last for 3-4 days. The only thing is that I wish the package has more strips

Feels Great. Only Problem Is

Feels great. Only problem is it doesn't stay on for very long. By the end of my work out the inter fell off and the outer was half off. But while it was on it was better feel then the pro kt tape I usually use.

This Tape Is Worthless Because

This tape is worthless because it does not stay on for any reasonable period of time. Do not recommend

Yes They Work Good. I

Yes they work good. I think the second time I put them on was not quite in the right spot. I have trouble with one tendon on right knee. Show I’ll watch the video again. But great product like all my other KT Tapes are.

Helps keep your back straight and it also works for my knee which I hurt in a car accident

I Used The Tape And

I used the tape and the first thing that happened is it started to peel. (Inside one only). After my run it kept smoothing it back down after it dried off it has stayed put for 2 days now
