I Liked Ie

It lasts longer than the regular tape, but was difficult to remove.

Does It Do Anything?

I did not notice any difference with this on my knee and it kept coming off when I moved.

Frays Easily But Gets The Job Done

I use this to reduce swelling in my knee post-surgery, and I typically leave the tape on for a few days. Compared to the Pro version, the EXTREME series frays much more easily. It's important to note that I do cut the strips for my use. I doubt this issue would arise if you are using the full, pre-cut strips as they come.

Relieves Pain

My son feels as though it really helps with his shoulder before and after pitching!
