Kt Makes Rucking Painless

For whatever reason, no matter what kind of pad I put on my large ALICE pack it always bit me and rubbed my skin or anything over about 5 miles. Not with KT tape though. I have no issues whatsoever no heat sore nothing at all.. Switched recently to a USSOCOM MYSTERY RANCH. And that’s a lot better just in general abrasion because of how you can wear it and how adjustable it is but still a heavy load with anything will rub you in some way. If you Ruck with any pack a little bit of KT tape on your lower back and around your ankles is a lifesaver.. It takes out so much of what usually ends up hurting. Absolutely love this stuff. I will always use it!!!

It’s Good For The Most

It’s good for the most part but I don’t know if I received a defective batch because some would come right off after less than a minute but I would get another one from the same roll and that one would stay on. I have been using the Pro and Pro Extreme for years and this has never happened.
