Works As Advertised

Used for icing forearms and for cooling off during summer training sessions. The plastics base can be hard to unscrew sometimes, otherwise works well. I like that it comes with 2 inserts so one is always in the freezer

Really Works

I bought thi for my wife who is having pain from inflammation in her foot, possible heel spurs. She has been using the ball, rolling it on the floor under her foot and working problem areas as directed. It is giving her good pain relief and she is able to walk pain free with at least daily use.
