I got these for about half price (on sale) at another large company's website, so these have a greater value for price for me. That's where I'll be most bias. Anyways, I'm a size 8 in women's so that's the size I got in these. I wish I would've read the reviews on these skates before buying them because they are about ***1.5 sizes too big***. I didn't return them because this is my first pair of ice skates and I didn't know any better. If you are in between two sizes, choose the smaller one. Since the size was really big on me, I don't actually know how well the quality of these are. CONS: The tongue slips down a lot, the memory foam is only on the tongue, the laces are a pain to tighten, and one of the gold hooks to hold the laces has slightly bent on mine. PROS: Decently good price, keeps your feet warm, the blades stay sharp for a good amount of time (I've sharpened them once in the past 6 months), they're pretty durable (I fall really hard often and there's no scratches/dents/holes in the skate), they're very comfortable when they fit, and they're perfect for beginner's. NOTES: These do not come pre-sharpened (for good reasons). If someone is saying that they do come sharpened, they aren't properly using the skate. For the best usage of these skates, you really need to sharpen them.
