I have only worn these on one ride so far. I'm 6'1" and 200 lbs and all of my bibs are XL. These are definitely the smallest pair of bibs that I have. They are a little tighter that I would like, but not terrible. The straps seem like they are too short - again, not terrible but a little hard to get on.
