So if you buy the product from a grocery store they are slightly bigger, which is annoying, but these from a subscription and being smaller are actually better. I think it might be because of the freshness? I don't know/care, they are just more tender. We treat it as a dessert after dinner and need something sweet.

Texture & Taste Could Be Better

They're pretty good. I would sacrifice some of the protein for better texture and less protein fortified taste. Eliminating the whey isolate and replacing it with whey concentrate would likely improve the taste and texture. I bake with protein powders and rarely use whey isolate, or in very small quantities. The total protein would still be very high. Even for they were only 16-18 grams of protein in 200 calories, that's still fantastic for a dessert alternative.
