Not Good At All
These are nasty! They have a aweful chalky protein flavor and texture. No where near what I would have imagined. I have tried the pop tart pastrys and those are mich better

One Of If Not The
One of if not the greatest protein snacks I’ve tried to date. Tastes amazing and feels like a cheat dessert snack that is still great on macros. Usually eat them on long days at work or right before the gym to get my sweet tooth fix and a sustainable source of energy to keep me going. Absolutely love them and would recommend them to anyone looking for new protein snacks especially if you’re looking for something sweet. Also if you can, microwaving them is a complete game changer to get the drizzle like a real sweet roll. It’s not required but definitely takes them up another level. Love this milk chocolate flavor and the cinnamon one as well. Highly recommend!

These Cinnamon Rolls Are Amazing.
These cinnamon rolls are amazing. I use them as an afternoon snack at work to hold me over until dinner. It feels like I’m eating a sweet treat but i know it’s helping me hit my protein goals for the day. I need to warm it up in the microwave next time and experience it at the next level
