The Legendary Protein Pastries are a total game changer. Like any protein imitation food, it's never going to be identical or as satisfying as the real thing, but I have to say despite that these are pretty excellent tasting. Eating these mid day helps me stay full, stave off sugar cravings, and adds needed protein to my diet. Obviously there are a variety of factors that contribute to my results like other diet changes, training, etc but I have lost 13+lbs and 5+% since the end of January. These snacks have play a vital role in helping me manage those other variables so that I keep reaching my goals.
