I got this as a gift getting back into fishing after taking a few years off and I will say this is one of my favorite rod and reel combos you can use for pretty much anything small to decently big. I have caught anything from sunfish to 4 pound bass. I even use this combo for trout fishing during season and it works wonders! The balance and ultralight bend of the pole is insane you can swing this thing under any bridge or small opening on the lake/river. Best $24.99 to spend.

Fun little combo for sunnies & small bass. I iked the feel of the rod, but the reel was a letdown. I didn't expect much for $25, but it's only 1 bearing & fell apart after 4 outings. Spend a bit more on an Ugly Stick if you don't want to buy twice.

This spinning combo is a great value...............

Great little combo for the price. Lightweight, easy to cast, and perfect for trout and panfish fishing. A solid starter setup that’s fun to use and easy to take anywhere.

I bought this for my young daughter to teach her pan fishing. Keep in mind, it’s $25-$30 so you get what you pay for. The guides are low quality and hook sets are tricky. But, it casts surprisingly well. Better than I anticipated. It comes with 4-6 lb mono (I think) so it’s perfect for blue gill, crappie and perch.

Perfect for my 11 year old who loves to pond fish. Great value for the price
Hahaha
It's a great ultralight for the price, (Talking about the rod itself not reel)

bought this a couple of weeks ago good rod reels pretty good for 20 bucks can feel every almost everything that touches the bait breaks apart so you can easily put it in your trunk very easy to maneuver it’s also a pretty precise casting rod so over all it’s pretty balanced for its price

I bought 2 of them for our trip to north Georgia mountains to do some trout fishing. They look decent, very basic but a reasonable price . They had line on them but on both- the line was wrapped under the spools. Very annoying

I got this a few weeks ago, I have really enjoyed having a rod that you can feel every little bite on it. only thing that was not great about it was the line, I was getting it tangled a lot, but I just got some cheap 6 pound mono and it works great now, no tangles, and catch tons of fish! I would for sure recommend this rod and reel to people that want to catch panfish, trout, and bass. works very well for me, and catches lots of fish.
Complicated fishing pole
About this fishing pole because it was cheap. Simple and in the kids section so we figured it would be a simple one to use but it's not. Soon as you cast your line it gets Tangled instantly. It's ridiculous and we've just about thrown it in the garbage.

Priced well. Love the cork rod. Reel is ok. Great starting setup for my kids no conplaints.

What a cool little combo. Bought this for panfish, obviously, but oddly enough my first catch with it was a rather large bowfin on a beetle spin. The rod, reel and line all held up like a champ!! Not bad for 20 bucks!!
