Enhance flavor and preservation when making sausage, jerky, bacon, or ham with LEM Backwoods 4 Oz. Cure. Suitable for use with small or large quantities of meat, you simply add the cure to your seasonings or brine before mixing with meat of your choice. Use 1 oz. of cure for 25 lbs. of meat, or use a scant ¼ teaspoon for 1 lb. of meat.
