LEM Jerky Cannon

Jerky making is made easy with the LEM® Jerky Cannon®. The aluminum construction holds up to 1-1/2 lbs. of meat at a time and the ends of the barrel flare to make the loading process simple. The design comes with a cast aluminum handle, stainless steel rod, and heavy plastic piston for a high functioning and durable cannon. The Jerky Cannon comes with a nylon barrel brush to make cleaning the barrel as easy as filling it.
