Make your own jerky and sausage in your oven with the LEM® Jerky Pan and Rack. The 18- x 13-inch jerky rack slides in your oven and has feet that enable you to stack them up to four racks high. The design of the racks allows for optimization of drying time. The LEM Jerky Pan and Rack offer 1-1/2 square feet of space for approximately one pound of jerky strips at a time for more efficient curing.
