• Casings come in a salted brine on a straw
• Casings will need to be soaked for 30 minutes and flushed
• To use, simply put the tube/straw over the stuffing tube and hold the casing back and pull out the straw
• Makes it much easier than trying to find the end or deal with knots
• Casings should last a year
