Meh, Has Issues!

Me and a buddy both bought one same day. Within about 3 hours of being on the water we were both back to the store because our rod’s had snapped. No abuse no foul play. Just simply snapped during casts or regular setting of a hook. They did replace mine and his both and my 2nd rod hasn’t given me any issues but i’d say buyer be ware or get the daiwa set up for the same price. Reel is basically junk all plastic. Expected more from Lews.

Bad Line... Good Rod & Reel

Good combo for the price, but buy some good line & restring it immediately!! Lost (2) $10 lures on the first day........ casting!! Junk line. Replace that night, fished the next 3 days with 0 issues.

Excellent Rod

I bought this last week and have been having great success on the water with it. It’s lightweight but definitely strong enough to handle some heavy bass in semi heavy cover and the spinning reel is very smooth. When paired with the right size line it’s performance is great and I think I may be getting a second rod just like it soon!
