I bought this rod last week and have went fishing with it 5 times already. I go fishing for about 3-4 hours at a time, which gave me enough time to get a good feel for this rod. On the website it says that it is "Fast," but in the store, they only carry Moderate Fast, which I had no problem with; I actually prefer moderate fast. Now, throughout my time fishing with this, I can say I love this rod. It is absolutely fantastic and SUPER sensitive. I was feeling every stick, rock, fish, etc. that my bait was hitting. This rod allows me to cast very accurately and I have seen an increase on my casting distance, as well. The website for Dick's and Lew's specified that this is a saltwater rod when in reality it really doesn't matter. The only difference is that this has stainless steel eyelets, which are really great because they will not rust. I main bass fishing and needed a good rod that was super sensitive and all I can say this rod exceeded my expectations. Also, I can assure you it is durable because I got stuck in a couple of bushes and bent the crap out of the rod to see how durable it was - it held up very very nicely. Along with that, I caught a 9lbs bass that put up a really good fight. I highly recommend this rod to anyone who is pretty serious about fishing. I absolutely love this rod!
