Not A New Reel.

I was excited to get this reel in the mail today but my excitement quickly turned to disappointment after opening the box. The clamshell packaging was completely cut open. The reel has several scuffs on it. Very disappointed to see that the reel was obviously used but sold as a new product.

Smooth Yet Clunky

Right out of the package I felt the buttery smooth action I was expecting and then it started making a clunk like some bearings slipping out of place. At certain angles it goes away so I figured I can live with it. Seems like a quality reel other than that.
