Great Rod And Reel Combo.

Bought the Lew’s Speed Spool combo about 3 weeks ago at Dick’s. They were running a sale and I checked with the other sporting good stores and determined it was the lowest price at Dick’s. The combo is very light but has a strong backbone. It can be long cast or flipped. Very satisfied with my purchase.

I bought this bait caster 2 months ago and it hasn’t had a fluke. It is very smooth and very strong. Definitely would recommend for a beginner.

Very great combo. Lews makes great stuff. The reel is super smooth and fantastic. Lews lfs reel has 10 bearings. i think its a great rod and reel combo. Really like the cork handles. Had it for about 15-20 days think its really good so far.

Sturdy Built Well

I PURCHASED THIS A MONTH AGO BUT THROUGH NO FAULT OF THE ROD AND REEL I HAVE TROUBLES WITH THE BAITCASTING SYSTEM AND NEED MORE PRACTICE. BIRD NESTED AND LOST ALL LINE

I bought the combo for $149 and wow what a piece of garbage, I’m not sure if the reel is any good cause I didn’t get a chance to try it out, the rod immediately snapped in half. I’ve bought rods for half the price and they are still going strong after years of service.

Won’t Buy Again

I ordered a RH retrieve and Dicks shipped a LH retrieve. The rod was also broken when I received it. If the rod can’t make it through shipment without breaking, I can’t trust it to catch fish without breaking.

Great Features

Just got it a few days ago and its amazing. The whole setup is awsome, the reel is so smooth and cast great. Since iv bought my first lew's baitcaster a couple months ago I now own 4 of them and 5 of the spinning combos. I'm sure they won't be the last.
