If ur looking for a quality crappie reel for cheap, just buy this.

Didn’t Last A Full Year.

Bought this reel during the summer. Reel grinds gears while reeling it. Don’t waste your $30. I love Lews but highly disappointed with this reel.

If You Go Creek/river Fishing, You Cannot Go Wrong With This One.

Lew's impressed me again. Great buy for a reel under $30. Performs as good as my Pflueger President, with only half the price. I got a size 75, a bit larger than my size 20 president. Spooled with 10lb braid and paired with Berkely lightning or uglystik UL, it's my to go reel for creek fishing now, great fun fighting 2~3lb LMB/cats/bowfins. Occationally gets wind twists if you do not exercise caution when handling light lures, otherwise it performs flawlessly. Will get a size 50 in the future.

Great Lightweight Reel!

I've had this reel for a couple years now and it is honestly my favorite setup, so it sees quite a bit of use with a light action rod. It's perfect for river fishing here in my area and can even handle slightly larger 2-3 pound fish with ease.
