This is a super versatile plyo foam box. I love that you can turn it over to each different inch height for three different ones. It doesn't take up a lot of space and you can use it for all different exercises whether it is push ups or a step or for jumping. The foam is super dense and won't tip. It weighs 60 lbs. plus. I would recommend this to any one or any gym. Love it.
