What sets this resistance tube from the others is their design in which the tube inserts thru the handle - unlike other brands where they sew a canvas tab onto the tube ends leaving sharp corners on the tab that will scrape & scratch your bicep/tricep on certain movements like the single arm punch, once your hand passes your arm the corners of the canvas tab on a brand called Fitness Gear - your arm will sustain multiple cuts. This one doesn't do that.
