The Lifeline® Lateral Resistor provides as little or as much dynamic resistance needed to all footwork or agility drills. By using the ankle cuffs equipped with multiple, patented Lifeline® Cable Pockets, the user can quickly add or remove cables to make each drill easier or more difficult.
