5 stars are for a Lifeine Gym version I got in 1983. I still use it as I'm on SSDI due spondylosis. It fits in the door and the cables allow you to lean at 45 degree angle stretching your shoulder joints and isolating your spinal chord, site of bone spurs. My version allows converts the handles into barbell or stand on the handles and pump the barbell fed cables, twisting for more resistance. It also allows those of us who cannot sleep to stretch any time of day or night. My Lifeline Gym is the finest addition to anybody's home with aging family members.
