    Love how this feels as it shakes your whole body. Good for circulation and bone density. Good addition to add to your home gym. Very little time is needed. I do 10 minutes a day.

    It was a little bigger than I thought but it still is easy to store and hide away. It’s well made sturdy and really helps with joint stiffness. I feel like I’m improving on my balance as well.
