    Junk - No Support. Don't Buy. Dick's Sent Me Broken, Returned Product. Can't Get Lifepro To Answer Calls Or Emails.

    JUNK! Doesn't work. Sent me used, broken product. No support. No one answers phone or emails. Scam! ZERO stars if I could! Will update if someone from Lifepro actually reaches out. Plan to return to Dick's tomorrow! Was sent broken product someone else had returned (bag it was supposed to be in was inside the box but under the product and instructions missing). I understand things happen but it's the lack of support. Lifepro's 800# has canned auto-answer that says they are too busy and to call back. I tried their website. Their other number doesn't even ring (as though they are no longer in business). Their emails - you get a auto response saying they will get back to you in 72 hours. With all that, I don't feel any confidence in this company or this product. Hope this helps someone else from being scammed or disappointed. I don't know whether to be upset with Lifepro or Dick's (clearly a broken, returned item was shipped to me from Dick's with instructions missing).

    Poorly Boxed Item, Likely Returned By Another Customer

    The box arrived and it had been previously opened. The top of the box did not meet, the yellow tape across the box top was split and the two sides of the box did not meat. The box was re-taped poorly, and the corners of the box also did not meet. I have not opened the box yet, already disappointed because I paid for a NEW item no something previously returned.

    Great Product!

    Bought this a little over a month ago and enjoy the vibration plate so far. It comes with some guides that are helpful. It also doesn't take up a lot of space in our workout room which is nice.

    Lymph Nodes Drainage

    I had a bilateral mastectomy after being diagnosed with breast cancer last August and had a sentinel lymph node removed in my armpit to see if it spread or not, thankfully it didn’t. But I have been swollen ever since. You would not believe how uncomfortable it is to have a swollen armpit, it’s not a pit it’s rounded and very sensitive. Hurts to put deodorant on and to shave. I have been using this 4 nights a week for 20 minutes and I have armpits again. It’s a small thing to people who haven’t gone through this for an entire year. But to me it’s a miracle. Was nervous I bought another piece of expensive workout equipment that was just going to sit around and not be used but not this one. If I skip a day I can really feel it start to swell up again.
