The items are really great but the lack of instructions is irritating and frustrating. I am particularly referring to the dispenser I also bought. For example, it says to remove the filter but doesn't tell how. The company spends too much time telling how wonderful the item is (which I believe it is) and too little time giving practical information. Regarding the straw, I finally assumed that the filter did not need to be rinsed before using it, It would be good to told that and given instructions as to how to get to the filter.

Just In Case.
I bought a few about 10 years ago to put in a hiking bag and for gifts. I saw these had a case , so for the same reason I picked up a few more. I have not used them, but I saw them in a magazine and figured I would get them.

It’s Convenient!
I use this when I’m out at restaurants and they serve water - I just pop it into the glass and sip. It works well and sipping is not as hard as the Lifestraw Sip, which was pretty hard. Also since the Lifestraw Peak is shorter it fits into my purse much more easily! I have Alpha-1 and severe bronchiectasis so it’s crucial that I really purify what I drink. Thank you!
