Great Hoop For Three Boys

This is the perfect starter hoop for my three boys! The assembly went smoothly. There were a few steps where we had to use a different tool than suggested in the instructions, but overall the directions were easy to follow. We filled the base with water and the hoop feels really stable. My boys immediately put it to use. The adjustable height of the hoop is great since my kids are younger. They were able to successfully make baskets and the hoop performed really well for rebounding the ball. They have already become more confident in their skills from using this basketball hoop!

Very Sturdy And Easy!

I was very pleased with setting up this basketball hoop. My husband and I got it set up under an hour. Once we had it set up, it was easy to raise and lower the rim to the height we wanted it. After shooting a few baskets we realized how sturdy the hoop was. The backboard seems very strong and we love the Jazz backboard as well. It gives off a great rebound as well. My husband had to show off with far distance shooting and even a few dunks and we were never worried about the strength or sturdiness of the basketball hoop.

Awesome Hoop!

We've had this Lifetime Adjustable Portable Basketball Hoop for a couple of weeks, and we're loving it! Putting it together was easier than I expected. I did need someone to help with the last few steps, but it wasn't a big deal. We live in a cul-de-sac, and the neighbor kids all play together daily. Everyone loves having it available all the time. The backboard is great and I appreciate that it isn't going to break easily. I feel the noise it makes is not obnoxious and won't annoy every house around. We currently have it on the lowest height and it's perfect, but since it will extend taller I know it is going to provide years of fun.

Sturdy And Entertaining!

***I received a complimentary Lifetime Miami Heat Adjustable Portable Basketball Hoop in exchange for an honest review.*** Although we aren't Miami Heat fans, our family has experience with multiple Lifetime products, which have consistently demonstrated the quality of the Lifetime brand. Upon delivery, we received two boxes and my husband assembled the hoop in about an hour. He found the assembly process straightforward, with clear and easy-to-follow instructions. We chose a location on our property that allows both neighbors and our family to enjoy the hoop. We've spent several enjoyable hours playing games like P.I.G., Knockout, and just shooting around. The rim is impressively sturdy, easily supporting the weight of our 16-year old and 14-year old as they attempted to dunk. For maximum stability, I highly recommend filling the basin before use, especially since a neighbor's similar product broke during a windstorm. The backboard offers generous space and flexibility for rebounding, making the overall playing experience more enjoyable. My only minor critique is the adjustable mechanism. While it features a simple turn-key design with slots for height adjustments, shifting it up and down isn't as completely effortless. The hoop is limited to four heights, all starting at 7.5 feet, which limits play for our youngest who is five years old. Also note that we didn't remove the film on the backboard which can be seen by the red square. If possible I'll update this review with pictures showing the film removed. Overall, our family truly enjoys the time spent using this hoop. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a sturdy, durable, and low-maintenance product that promises hours of entertainment.

Perfect For Any Size Player!

This Lifetime 90073 Adjustable Portable Basketball Hoop is a perfect family fun addition for anyone’s driveway! Set up was very easy with the included material including a QR code that takes you to an online instructional video posted by Lifetime. The hoop is very sturdy providing excellent rebound for non-stop continuous fun. The quality of the rim is very impressive. The height adjustment is as easy as unscrewing the knob and extending/lowering the pole to your desired placement. It is also very easy to move by tilting on the wheels integrated into the base foundation. Overall, I’m very pleased with this product. With all Lifetime Products - you know the quality and longevity will be topnotch!
