Lifetime 52" Portable Basketball Hoop

We bought this hoop about a month ago and also paid for it to be assembled. Our grandchildren are enjoying the hoop which is adjustable and fun for them to use. We are using water in the base and have also used anchors on each side screwed 12 inches into the ground with two ratchet straps, one over the front of the base and the other over the back of the base. It is very stable when being used and secure when windy. We are very pleased with the quality of the hoop. The assembly company used by Dick's was AIT. They called quickly to make an appointment with us and kept us informed every step of the way. The assemblers were knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. They quickly finished the job and took all of the packaging materials with them. We were very satisfied with their service.

Goodbsize and quality for my 8-12 year olds. A little challenging to put together as we had to go buy a small piece of hardware(very inexpensive) to replace a defective part that came with the hoop. Per videos we watched this is a consistent issue. My 3 boys love it !

Make sure to watch the video on assembly. The instructions that come with it aren't the best.

Horrible Product.

This is the worst product I’ve ever purchased. Their part labeling is horrendous, instructions are terrible even with the videos. You need 3 people to assemble. I’ve built all the pain in the butcrappy furniture from Ike’s and everything else. This is horrible. Don’t waste your money. Save a couple hundred extra and get the spalding that assembles in 30 minutes. I’m literally giving this away and purchasing a different one.

Great Basketball Hoop!

I bought this a month ago and so far we're very happy with it! Assembly did take my husband a while, and some parts were quite ridiculous. (And he assembles bicycles for a living, so he knows what he's doing.) It took maybe five hours from beginning to end (including two small children interrupting). We filled the base with sand (I think 350 lbs?) and then topped it off with water. That thing so far doesn't appear to be going anywhere! It's sturdy, it's easy to move up and down, and we all love it. As my son said, the driveway used to be so boring, and now it's so fun.

Great Addition To Our Home

We’ve had it around 3 weeks and our kids are loving it.

Decent Assembly Time Required But Looks Great!

We really like this product however you really need to work on assembly time. Also, the worst part of this was putting the sand in the hole needs to be two or three times that size it took forever and we had to make a makeshift funnel.
