Good Product But Came With Some Deep Gouges In The Plastic.

I picked the item up at the store curbside pickup and the service was very good, however, the item itself was damaged as shown in the photos. It was the last one so I took it home and I am hoping that it doesn't leak when I put it in the water. I would have given it 5 stars and would recommend this item if it didn't come damaged.

Lifetime Doesn’t Support Their Own Product!

Didn’t have this very long before the leash attachment came out and lifetime doesn’t make that part anymore to replace it! Tried contacting customer service and the kid said you have to look for it online as an aftermarket part, and hung up. Well I can’t find one online! So thanks! Great support! NOT!

Very Cool Product

Harder to do than it looks. Only issue I have with it would be the accessories. I just don’t get what the screw is for… no explanation but great product. Carries easily too

Used for 1 hour and ended up returning it. As other reviews say, the platform bubbles out and steering is poor. Tends to turn a 45 degree angle with 1 or 2 paddle strokes, which is certainly less than optimal... Also, I am 170 pounds and felt the board buckle under me a few times when the weight limit is supposedly 230 pounds.

We own a Lifetime Paddleboard that we use at our lake house. The drain plug somehow came loose and disappeared. I contacted them to find out how to purchase a new plug. They sent me FREE plugs!! Wow! That was incredible! You never get anything free any longer! I was super impressed:)

Decent Beginner Board

Note: I am new to paddle boarding. I bought this as it was the only non inflatable board at the time. It is a decent board, a bit difficult to balance standing up. It DEFINTELY sags in the middle as other reviews suggest. I weigh 170 and I felt the dip in the middle. It glides well in the water and steers easily. I was hoping to take my dog out on it; however, it is not stable enough for that. For the price, it is a decent board and we’ll have fun with it regardless.
