Retractable Fin Defect!

Horrible fin design! They don’t stay in and end up getting lost! Can’t use the paddle board at all without the fins. Was only actually able to use twice before the fins began to come out. Ended up losing both of them. Can I get them replaced for free since this is clearly a defect!!?

Replacement Rudders

I have had my two paddleboards for approximately 4 years and they have held up great! I somehow lost a rudder and emailed support. Received a reply last night that they would respond today and they did. My new rudder is on the way at no charge. I did expect to pay for it and would have been happy to do so.
