I bought a Gusset Kayak and when I got home I noticed it was missing a few pieces. I guess I will find out how the warranty works. I am unable to rate it because I haven’t tried it as it is a new kayak that was missing pieces when I bought it.

I had to order a new seat back for my Lancer 100 kayak. This was due solely to my mistake and not a production issue. Ian in customer service gave me exemplary help. He not only sent me the seat back, but also the strap, bungie and connections that he knew I would need. The service I received blew me out of the water (so to speak). Excellent customer service. My Kayak Hatch was lost during transport. Lifetime replaced it for free. What an amazing company. They take care of their customers!!! I bought this 4 years ago. It is well balanced and very sturdy. A couple of the lightweight features have worn out over the years. (the handle or the seat cushion) I call Lifetime they are courteous and prompt and send out replacements for free. These are great kayaks for for frequent and sometimes rough use. Great Recreation Kayak That I Made Into A Great Fishing Vessel

I bought two of these kayaks for recreational use. After owning for a year I ventured into converting it into a fishing yak. I added four rod holders, a cup holder, a Scotty Anchor Lock and additional mounts for positioning or other accessories. Aside from upgrading to a better paddle this has been an absolute perfect setup for me and I have no intentions on retiring it. The rear compartment holds my collapsable kayak cart no problem. I still have room for other items as necessary. The opening on this inside near the seat allow me to tuck a net, coat/jacket, zip case for lures, and my coffee thermos. In addition I put a tackle box under the front straps that is in perfect reach above the dash. I added a paddle holder to the dash and it changed the game. I have been in this yak for a 14 hour fishing day and was completely comfortable. The seat back is great. I have purchased a pad for the seat bottom for extended lengths of time on the water. The kayak is incredibly stable, tracks well, and I feel like I have plenty of room. I am so glad I did not choose another kayak over this one. Well done Lifetime. P.S.
