Rated 1 out of 5 by from Missing parts I bought this a few days ago and I am in the middle of assembly. I have to stop though, because there is a screw missing. I read a few reviews on Amazon that said that this company often leaves parts out, but I chalked it up to incompetence on the customer end; I figured they'd misplaced a screw or two. I'm here to tell you that it is absolutely the fault of Lifetime. I came here to warn anyone that doesn't want to have to abandon a large box of nuts and bolts in the middle of their project while their children clamor for their basketball hoop. If that doesn't sound annoying to you then by all means, buy this hoop. I'm off to check for any other missing parts before I get in touch with the company.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Everything I wanted Got this for the grandson (8 yr). Great instructions to assemble. Needed very little help (got some from my grandson too). Somehow I misplaced the base plugs so I called Lifetime customer service and they shipped them out no charge. Grandson couldnt be happier. The size of the backboard will last him a few more years and then he will probably need one a bit bigger. I think it will just make him be more accurate.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Hoop Set up takes about two hours and requires three people for stability. The assembly directions need to be more concise. They are a bit confusing, creating a need to disassemble some parts to make corrections.The hoop, backboard and net are great once assembled. It is sturdy and well made. I expect it will last a long time. It's also attractive to look at.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Solid! A little difficult to assemble. I got this for my son for Easter, once it’s all complete it’s a very nice hoop! I gave it 4 stars because it was a little difficult to assemble the hoop/backboard, but everything else was a breeze! My son loves it! I also hate wrenches but you need them in order to assemble.

I brought this product 3 weeks ago but realized that one of the wheels were missing and requested for it from Lifetime and still I'm waiting for it. I've planned to fix this up before spring starts for my 9 yr old kid, but It's a frustrating that I'm still waiting for it and we are already in Spring. Hope fully I will get that missing piece soon.
