Highly Recommend For Daily And Training Use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started taking liquid iv during my running training because I was getting headaches from dehydration. Now I have added it into my daily routine. I love the firecracker flavor the most, the lemon lime and watermelon are great too! I just tried the artic berry I think it was and I liked it, I may look into a small pack to give myself a change of flavor strength once in a while. The flavor isn’t overpowering in any of them unless you don’t put enough water. Shipping is fast and easy. It mixes easily in water! I personally think it’s best in cold water but once your bottle warms up on a hot run, it’s still tastes good! Liquid IV is hands down better than the other hydration multipliers out there and I’ve tried a lot. I will be loyal to them for a long long time. Their sugar free ones are pretty good too. You can’t even tell they are sugar free!

Better Than Just Water.

Another great flavor that keeps me very well hydrated. Liquid IV dissolves easily and keeps me drinking my water. It's very refreshing and that alone is a great thing, but it's not the only reason to add this to your water. I definitely feel it's better than just water alone.
