I Bring A Pouch With Me Everywhere!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to get lightheaded almost every day. Once I realized it was due to dehydration, I decided to try Liquid I. V. to help me stay on top of my water intake. I love the White Peach flavor, and I bring a pouch with me everywhere. Since staying more hydrated, I no longer get lightheaded every day, and I truly believe Liquid I. V. has helped!

This one has the best Mango flavor. If you like Mango like i do this is the way to go.

Too Sweet / Subscription Feedback

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is too sweet for me. I’d like the option to change flavors on my recurring subscription but not given the option. This will eventually be the reason I discontinue my subscription. The mixed packages offered don’t appeal to me. I’m selecting “No” to your question about would I recommend for the reasons above.

Love These Flavors!

Liquid I. V. has become my daily go-to for hydration. The Sweet Treat Bundle is awesome, and the Raspberry Lemonade flavor is seriously refreshing — tart, sweet, and not overly sugary. It mixes instantly and gives me noticeable energy during workouts without any crash. Perfect for staying hydrated in this Cancún heat! Highly recommend.

Love It

This one is my favorite but sometimes it causes urinary infrequency so be great if they made some with more sodium for those with hyper pots but I love these! Only thing that helps with my POTS.

Use This Every Month.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm subscribed to this and get it delivered every month because I have a medical condition (high output ostomy iykyk) that causes frequent dehydration, but this keeps me well-hydrated if I have at least one every day. Love that I don't have to worry about too much sugar since this is a sugar-free blend. Love the flavor combination, it tastes pretty much like raspberry lemonade!

Staying Hydrated

I really needed something to help with my hydration - these do the trick and I’ve not experienced leg cramps at night since using.
