Disappointing Experience With Used And Faulty Tennis Ball Machine

I ordered the Lobster Sports Elite Liberty Tennis Ball Machine during Black Friday for my son and eagerly awaited its arrival. When it arrived after 5 days, I was disappointed to find it appeared used, with dusty parts and ball fur inside. Customer service acknowledged the issue and offered a discount, which I accepted. However, during use, the machine repeatedly jammed, with balls getting stuck and the wheels stopping. After multiple attempts and no resolution, I had to return it. The experience, from the defective product to dealing with returns, was incredibly disappointing.

Ordered A New One Online, But Received One Looks Like Used

I see tennis ball furs spreading inside the machine. A moderate scratch exists between the adjustable ball track and the steel side board.

I bought this ball machine one month ago. I really love it. I go to the court every morning in the weekend. I hit the ball with ball machine for 40 mins. I improved my game a lot by doing the practice with the ball machine. I also use it to train my two kids.

Lobster Elite Liberty Tennis Ball Machine

We got this for my high school son who is on the varsity tennis team at his school. He was looking for a way to get more practice time on the court. This machine is great. The adjustable ball feed rate, backspin, topspin, elevation, ball speed up to 70mph and random oscillation across the court is perfect. He can vary it from an easy workout to one that is extremely challenging and has him dripping in sweat after 30 minutes. Not cheap, but if you are serious about your game it's a good investment.

Really easy to get around putting it in the back of the vehicle. Setup is really simple as well. May take a few balls to get the balls where you want them to go, but system works really well.

Good Compact Machine

Good tennis ball machine. Played several times and the machine performed well. I practiced about 90 minutes each time and the batter still looks charged after that. The small issue I have is that there is no easy way to hold up the machine when I need to put it in the trunk. Also, the serial number is attached to the bottom of the machine and it was hard to find for the warranty registration.

Good Machine

This is a good machine. The battery lasts quite a while and I have not had any issues with balls getting jammed. The one complaint I do have is that the oscillating is not even. Even when it is lined up perfectly the balls go farther to the right every time. They never go as far on the left side. Also, it shoots way more balls right then left.

It has been a terrible experience! The machine is a dud! It has not worked at all even once! After charging it for almost 21 hrs it worked for 25 secs and can't charge it again! It's been a huge disappointment and we plan to return it since it's non-functional!
