Fragile Design.
The redesigned plastic height adjustment buttons are awful. They are constantly breaking and very easy to over extend. I know they were trying to make them easier to press but they are so fragile. Please redesign those or go back to the old metal button style.

Great Tent Bag Needs Help.
we bought this tent last year for the beach. worked great. bag started ripping after 1st use but got it in. used it camping and a wind storm broke 3 of the #7Premium Frame 36 Inch Scissor Beam. cheaper to order pieces then new tent. but the bag is in to bad of shape to reuse and cant afford that with the 3 #7 pieces. also where the tent material ribs against the frame needs to be doubled up. It is slowly wearing a hole in the canopy top. I’ve got duct tape on every one of these spots Not sure how long it will last since the holes were almost rubbed in through
