Poor Quality
My wife bought a new tent for my birthday in August and we used it for the first time on August 31,2025 for the University of Miami first game of the season. One of the joints was broken we still used it but then a wind finished braking it even more, so we we left it in the parking lot because I couldn’t put in my truck. So frustrating. For the money it should have better quality.

Too Light
My previous frame lasted close to 15 years. The new frame lasted 2 games because I chose to use it on the last game broken. Once unpacked, 2 of the supports were broken. I like that the new one is lighter but it is not sturdy. No receipt either. How can I replace the frame under warranty???

It Works
New frame works, but is clearly made differently from previous models.....that means this one is not as substantial and will need to be replaced. Last frame from this company last 15 years. This one will be lucky to last 3. But - it will finish the season!

Broken
Pulled the tent out of the box to use it at a tailgate for the first time, only to discover that one of the black pieces on one of the tent legs was broken. It would not lock into place. Might be a great product and this was just a fluke, but I’d check to make sure it’s functional before leaving the store. Will be returning ours.
