Too Light

My previous frame lasted close to 15 years. The new frame lasted 2 games because I chose to use it on the last game broken. Once unpacked, 2 of the supports were broken. I like that the new one is lighter but it is not sturdy. No receipt either. How can I replace the frame under warranty???

Nice Tent But Don't Last Long.frame Pieces Break Easy

Bought this for tailgating this year used it 5 times. Then frame started breaking. Got 2 broken so far. I guess ty hey only last one season..

Don’t Order Online

I ordered the tailgate tent for delivery online. When it arrived the only thing that was in the package was the metal bars. No canopy, nothing. I had to go in store to ask for an exchange and the worker was super nice and told me to get another one and to open it if I like to make sure everything is in there. I noticed the metal pieces in the package were even wrapped in plastic whereas when i received mine, It wasn’t wrapped at all. I did the exchange and she was great. I was just disappointed I had to go through those lengths in the first place to get what I paid for. I haven’t tried out the product yet because it’s a christmas gift however it looks sturdy.

It Works

New frame works, but is clearly made differently from previous models.....that means this one is not as substantial and will need to be replaced. Last frame from this company last 15 years. This one will be lucky to last 3. But - it will finish the season!

Broken

I purchased this tent for the first Dolphins home game. Got to the game and went to set it up and one of the legs didnt fit inside the hole so we couldn't use the tent at all.

Bought this to update an older tent. The quality is good but take into account it is a lighter frame. That is not a bad thing as I get older. Just realize it may not stand the wind as the heavier premium would.

I am the person that wrote the 1-star Terrible Quality review. While we were very frustrated with the canopy frame, we did reach out to the customer service team as suggested in their response. My husband spoke to wonderful customer service representative, Mary Helen. Even though we threw the canopy frame away in frustration and hadn't taken photos, she asked us to provide our original proof of purchase. Upon doing that, customer service worked with us and offered us a significant discount to purchase a new frame. We did and will be using it for the first time this weekend. It is very rare in this day and age to do business with a company that takes this much pride in their product and cares about their customers enough to make things right. Thank you!

We loved our WVU canopy and pop up tent frame, until last week at the beach at Asiteague! Wind caught it, and destroyed the frame, no one hurt, thank the Lord! But now I need a new frame.
