Was expecting a chair similar to the ones bought years ago but received a lot smaller chair. Contacted about returning them and was informed that all the tags had to be intact. Removing the tags is the first thing I do when getting a product that I expected to be perfect and I plan to keep. Therefore I’m stuck with an expensive item that we will never use.
