Poor Quality

My wife bought a new tent for my birthday in August and we used it for the first time on August 31,2025 for the University of Miami first game of the season. One of the joints was broken we still used it but then a wind finished braking it even more, so we we left it in the parking lot because I couldn’t put in my truck. So frustrating. For the money it should have better quality.

Wrong Canopy

Ordered a fortyniner canopy and was sent the wrong one and the packaging was horrible

Great Product

I wish they had a bigger size option, but great product overall!

Frame

By the second time i used it one of the buttons broke, the frame had bent, and the third time i used it, the frame finally broke! This is one of the cheapest frames, walmart has better frames!!!

Too Light

My previous frame lasted close to 15 years. The new frame lasted 2 games because I chose to use it on the last game broken. Once unpacked, 2 of the supports were broken. I like that the new one is lighter but it is not sturdy. No receipt either. How can I replace the frame under warranty???
