I am the person that wrote the 1-star Terrible Quality review. While we were very frustrated with the canopy frame, we did reach out to the customer service team as suggested in their response. My husband spoke to wonderful customer service representative, Mary Helen. Even though we threw the canopy frame away in frustration and hadn't taken photos, she asked us to provide our original proof of purchase. Upon doing that, customer service worked with us and offered us a significant discount to purchase a new frame. We did and will be using it for the first time this weekend. It is very rare in this day and age to do business with a company that takes this much pride in their product and cares about their customers enough to make things right. Thank you!
