Decent Quality And Value

The canopy cover with the Penn State logo is good quality. I gave it only three stars because the legs are very flimsy. Be careful when extending the poles—you can easily pull the bottom leg completely out of the top section, and it’s difficult to get back in place. Be sure to anchor the tent securely with weights or tent stakes through the holes in the feet of the legs. We set it up on a windy day, and the legs looked like they were ready to buckle. It’s too bad it isn’t a 10x10, because I would love to use this canopy with a sturdier frame.

Disappointed

I bought this for Father’s Day and not only did the box come busted and bottomed out. The leg posts are all damaged and bowed. Really disappointed.

Item Arrives Damaged Or Defective

I have ordered 4 of these pop up tents and had them shipped to where I needed to use them. 3 of the 4 arrived damaged, 1 of the 4 was unusable. Only one tent of the four arrived in good condition and didn't need to be taped together or bent in order to work. That's a pretty high fail rate and not something I've experienced when I buy the tents in the store, which makes me think they are sending the seconds to the online orders. I can't think of any other reason for the MAJORITY of the items I've ordered of the same item to be defective.

They sent me a used dented up tent. The bars were all dented up. Someone didn’t check it when it was returned or before they sent it out because there were also to alarm tags in the box

Flimsy Frame

One of the top support bars broke as we were setting up 5 minutes into the process, the canvas is nice the frame is absolute trash, metal equivalence of balsa wood. Now looking for a sturdier 9x9 frame for the canvas.

When They Say Economy, They Mean Economy

When they say Economy, they mean economy. Put it up for first use. Had our old one we got from here right beside it. Winds were maybe 10-15 mph. Our old one that came from Dick's a couple years ago for the same money had no issues. This one one of the arms bent easily making it bow now. If you get this make sure there is no wind
