Indoor Cycle Clips

Work great. A little fussy to get tight. Took a time or two on the bike (they came loose), but after that second tightening, they were good. Put them on my Nike spin shoes

used twice so far, no complaints. this is my first cleat so i have been learning

This was my first experience with bike cleats, but two screws stripped after one spin class. Luckily there were extra screws.
