[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a happy long time user of the Louis Garneau Women's Sprint Tri 7 Inch Shorts which have a very low profile chamois. I was hoping to try another pair of LGs that offer a more substantial chamois for rides longer than 20-30 miles. The Neo Power shorts weren’t it for me. The chamois felt rock hard and bulky between my legs and would surely cause chafing if worn on a ride. The front of the chamois didn’t feel specific to the female anatomy and didn’t provide any cradling or comfort. The chamois does have nice channels for ventilation. I wouldn’t swear off Louis garneau shorts altogether but any with this specific chamois just don’t work for me, although we are all built differently! These ran slightly smaller/tighter than my Sprint shorts btw. I purchased a medium in both. I’m 5’9 130 lbs small waist, big hips, slightly large/muscular thighs. I’m usually a medium in cycling shorts. These felt good around my waist but small in the legs/thighs compared to my sprints which have less compression

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted better chamois now that my rides are 50+ miles as I train for my first 70.3. These fit great, are padded in the right areas if you are riding in aero. I am 5'7, 140lb athletic build and small is perfect for me as my measurements are also according to the size chart.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve owned this model short in blue and black for over three years now. These are replacement shorts. I really like the length, the width of the band around the thigh, the low-cut waist in front, the side pocket for quick access of gels and the chamois design is better than most.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These have been great on longer gravel rides and now that it’s cold, on the trainer too. The chamois feels great - dense enough to protect but not bulky. They arrived quickly and price was 20% lower than elsewhere.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wear a small in most brands but bought a Medium in these based on other reviews. They ended up looking very unflattering... way too much padding. This may have partially been due to the fact that I needed a smaller size, but I ended up just returning them and going with a different style.
