I have a number of wood bats, this one is the least expensive one that I own, I swing only 33's and this one is by far the heaviest. That being said, it is also one of my favorites because of how forgiving it is. This bat has seen hundreds of pitches in the cage and is still going strong. With this bat and well any wood bat your mileage may vary. Some will last a long time, others can break on the first pitch, its really all dependent on the wood and if there's a weakness in it outside of the manufacturers control. I would buy one of these in person as the cuts and weights vary also pay close attention to the wood grain, some of the structural imperfections can be caught in person if you know what you're looking for. I pretty much only use this bat as a warmup bat in the cage as its the closest I can get to not stepping in with a donut on the barrel. There are also lighter cuts you can find as well. Based on the beating this one has taken, it'll probably be around with me for a long time, I just happened to get a good (although heavy) one.

Great Bat
I picked up this Louisville Slugger about a month ago for our adult softball league, and it’s been awesome! Great balance, solid pop, and feels great in the hands. You can really tell the difference in performance compared to cheaper bats. It’s quickly become a team favorite — definitely a great buy for anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality bat!
