Bat Rattles After One Spring Season

We bought the Louisville slugger Meta fastpitch bat in August 2024. We were careful to use the aluminum bat she already had at batting cages. She started using this composite bat in the spring. After she hit a triple during playoffs in Spring 2025, she found that her bat started rattling. She just told us which is frustrating because it only lasted one spring season and it cost over $300 including tax.

Great Bat But Minor Issue....

Purchased the bat for my daughter. Had it 4 days. First time up to bat with it and on her 2nd swing it started to rattle up near top. Google searched to find out that it is a known issue with this bat. Had I known I would've purchased another bat. "Pretty common issue with multi-piece bats. Assuming it's not broken, it's the excess glue/epoxy used on the joint that flaked off and is now rattling inside the barrel."

Great Bat

Great bat! I use it now and it's doing good so far...have heard others saying theirs broke easily but not mine. Has a good barrel and hits the sweet spot, would totally reccomend.

Broke After 1 Week

Awful! Bat used one time in a softball cage and broke (rattling). Highly disappointed in product, considering price of item. Disappointed in Dicks limited return policy on bats, even if only purchased one week ago.

Just submitted warranty claim after only having for a month.
