A few minor issues I had with this Louisville Slugger. This isn’t to discourage anyone from buying this product, it’s just my point of view so maybe they can improve their quality. 1. Air bubbles in the decals, for the money your paying there should be a better quality control for this. Maybe move away from decals and have this stuff lasered onto the metal. Specially on the release arm where you have a small block that rubs the decal. 2. Mounting hardware should be a better quality. Two bolts stripped before even being fully torqued. Had to replace them for some grade 8 bolts. Yes I know it’s over kill but 10 times better than the cheap bolts it came with. 3. The spring is recommended to be replaced every season. There should be a spare sent with each slugger. 4. The spring end that connects to the power pedal is plastic. With the amount of force and tension that part will be under I think they need to upgrade this to a metal part. Your asking for an injury to happen.
