A Must Have

It's being about a month since I bought the lowerence elite9 and I absolutely love it, a must have for any boat owner angler, save your favorite spots, find the fish while drifting in the water drop a pin and move to tje same exact spot witj the gps help, i will highly recommend this product !!!

Great Unit, Durability Is Questionable

I bought my unit new in March 2021 and was happy to use it as I planned on getting active target (review coming). Initially the unit started out great; mounting was great, screen looks good and fairly easy to set up. Then on the 4th outing with this I realize that when I took the cover off the unit it pulled all the little "L" shaped plastic trim pieces off with it. By no means am I hard on the electronics or pull hard to take the cover off. I was able to place them back on the unit as they just snap right on. After the fishing trip I was covering the unit up and noticed that one of the trim tabs was missing and not on the deck. I acquired another trim tab (lowrance doesn't carry them and can't get them to you) and was able to snap that on but fast forward a few months and a handful of trips and now I am missing 2 of the 4 tabs. Of I can find again I will have to super glue them on just so they don't fall off while I'm out on the water. Maybe bouncing off a wave is too much for the unit.

Great Product

Used this z few times to complement my hds12 live went moving and hds 12 while fishing. Screen clarity as good as the hds live. Same controls so little learning curve. Great purchase.

Great Chart Plotter

With the c-chip of central america does not have the depth on any of it,,shows the depth you are in BUT i bought this as San Pedro,Belize does not have the channels marked or depth as needed u dont run aground and this is ONLY why i bought this 9 Hook ,,,should have saved my cash and stayed with the old fish finder

Good Product

This unit on it's own is good but I tried to connect it to a HDS Carbon and network through one transducer and still have not figured out how to get this to work.
