Need Help

Had the hook reveal 7xss for a couple years finally got the triple shot transducer for it and for some reason downscan and everything works except for the side scan the side scan just leaves a blank black screen any help would be great fully appreciated on how to fix it

The Graph Part Did Not Move Across The Screen Poor

I bought two hook reveal 5 the ranch graphs in the past 8 months neither one of them work the graph part would not move across the screen I sent one back the other one I just kept to keep my depth temperature and speed made in Mexico the two I got were junk

Poor Excuse Of A Fish Finder.

Not happy at all, I own a hook 7xSS and cannot down loan any maps. What good is a fish finder if you can't map a lake. I have to find my boat landing via google maps. Just a waste of money. Hey Lowrance, how about an offer to trade up to something I can use with GPS. P.S. My unit is registered.
